WEIS special rates for hotels. Hotel rooms are being held at the Courtyard by Marriott, Marriott Residence Inn, and the Hanover Inn. Rooms are being held under the block name "WEIS Conference." Please make certain to secure your room before the room blocks are released. See the information below for details. Note: The cutoff date for all the hotels for the conference is May 21, 2008.

Flying to Hanover

The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College is 90 minutes from Manchester Airport (MHT), 2 hours from Burlington Airport (BTV), 2½ hours from Boston-Logan Airport (BOS), and 20 minutes from Lebanon Municipal Airport (LEB)*.

* LEB is 10 miles from the Dartmouth campus, is served by several daily flights from New York-LaGuardia (LGA), Boston-Logan (BOS) and Philadelphia International (PHL) airports. Consult your travel agent for connection information.

Participants are responsible for their own transportation to and from the airport.

How to get to the Workshop

If you are flying into the area, there are a few transportation options to bring you to campus or to your hotel:

Driving

You can rent a car at the any of the above airports and follow these directions to get to the Tuck School campus and back:

From Manchester Airport (by car this is approximately a 90-minute drive)

From Manchester, NH, take I-293 North to I-93 North to Concord, NH.
Take I-89 north to the exit AFTER Exit 20 into Lebanon, NH. (This is the exit connecting Interstate 89N to Interstate 91N).
Be careful at this junction – you’ll have to merge with oncoming traffic twice – you’re now in White River Junction, VT.
After merging onto Interstate 91N, continue north to Exit 13 (Norwich, VT / Hanover, NH exit).
Take Exit 13 and bear right at the bottom of the ramp.
Drive straight over the bridge (Connecticut River) out of Vermont and into New Hampshire – you’re now on West Wheelock Street in Hanover, NH.
Continue up West Wheelock Street to the 4-way intersection. At the intersection, you’ll see the Hanover Inn on the opposite, right corner. (There’s a carport in front – the Dartmouth Green is across the street from the Inn).

From Boston-Logan Airport (by car this is approximately a 2-hour, 30-minute drive)

From Boston, take I-93 North to Manchester/Concord, New Hampshire.
Take I-89 north to the exit AFTER Exit 20 into Lebanon, NH. (This is the exit connecting Interstate 89N to Interstate 91N).

Bus Travel

There are a few options for travel between airports and hotels via bus:

Vermont Transit (802-295-3011) has several buses from various points arriving daily in White River Junction, VT, with connections to the Dartmouth campus. Vermont Transit also has direct routes from Boston-Logan Airport and Manchester Airport. Call for information.
Dartmouth Coach (603-448-2800) offers daily departures from Boston-Logan Airport to the Dartmouth campus. Their website has information on their time schedules and their pick-up process from Logan Airport. We recommend calling if you have further questions.
Advance Transit offers local bus transportation for the immediate Dartmouth-Hanover-Lebanon area. Please visit their web site to obtain their current schedules. Passengers ride free.
