Registration
Registration includes admission to all sessions, conference materials, a digital copy of the pre-proceedings, lunch and snacks each day of the conference, a reception on Sunday evening, and the social event on Monday night.

Our sponsors support young researchers to participate in WEIS 2012. Therefore we can offer a substantially subsidized rate for full-time students.
Participants registering at the student rate are required to provide a valid proof of full-time student status at the conference.
Travel Grants
Thanks to the funding from the Volkswagen Foundation we will be able to support a limited number of people with partial travel grants to attend WEIS 2012. Preference will be given to PhD students and authors who present at WEIS for the first time while ensuring geographical and gender diversity. Applications should include a short motivation statement, a CV, estimated expenses and a statement on the availability of other funding sources. Applicants who do not have a paper accepted at WEIS 2012 should also include a brief support letter by their advisor (for PhD students) or by their supervisor or senior colleague (for young researchers).
